humble beginnings
Born in the city, raised in the country, Courtney has a knack for blending the best of both worlds. Her innovative, hybrid solutions come from a diverse background driving her relentless work ethic. Whether she's working from sunrise to sundown or navigating the bustling cities she frequents, Courtney is always in her element.
While many homegrown hard-workers remain in their hometowns, Courtney embraced national and international travel for both work and pleasure, having lived and worked in three provinces and two states; national and international. Her pursuit of a later-in-life degree in entrepreneurship is a natural extension of her passion for visionary engineering, innovation, and business operations. Every opportunity to learn something new she has embraced, maintaining her service mindset that recognizes the greatest successes come from helping others.

Her humble and observational approach to life and career led her to self-employment. After making millions for companies of over 5,000 people and developing end to end successful operations for companies under 50. It was her own potential that was realized when her working networks recommended she continue making an impact via consulting. She hasn't looked back since.
Driven by the goal of creating generational wealth (that doesn't smell like 'new' money) as a first-generation university scholar in California, her relentless pace through thick and thin can only be accredited to perseverance. She has walked through **it, with grace and a smile.
